BVB Properties has been the area’s retail leasing specialist for over fifty years! We take pride in offering prime locations in high-traffic areas through a diverse mixture of properties located in and out of our home market of Charlotte, NC. Our team strives to meet the needs of both local and national tenants with personalized, one-on-one service, swift response, and an attention to detail that can only come from owning and managing our own portfolio of properties.
In addition to our flagship retail centers, BVB Properties is diversifying into the 21st century by now offering a variety of freestanding restaurant sites as well as commercial office space, medical, warehouses, outparcels, and land for sale and lease. While our core property portfolio is in the Carolinas, we currently have a presence in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.
Our Founder
Since founding the firm in 1974, Bascom Belk Jr. has taken pride in building one of the area's most establish real estate firms. A Charlotte native, Mr. Belk takes personal satisfaction in providing a quality product while ensuring that his staff is ready to provide prompt and effective service to all tenants, regardless of size. Daughters Tami Woodin and Sheryl Estridge, along with grandson Ryan Murphy, are now integral parts of the business. After 50 years of establishing a legacy, the next generation of the Belk family is proud to add to the tradition of excellence!
